Ravonne Allmon-Smith was named the Director of Human Resources at ESC Region 11 in 2023. Ravonne's post-secondary educational journey began at Louisiana State University where she earned a bachelor's degree in communications. She later completed a master's degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Ravonne also holds human resource professional certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management and the American Association of School Personnel Administrators.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in spending quality time with her family, actively participating in community and church activities, and refining her pickleball skills.
