Hailee Fojtasek was named Director of Communications at ESC Region 11 in 2024. Hailee received her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of North Texas and her master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Texas. She also received her Certified Public Communicator designation from Texas Christian University. Hailee is currently pursuing her doctorate in educational Leadership from Abilene Christian University.

With more than 10 years of experience in communications, her background includes roles in education having served in the communications and marketing department for Northwest Independent School District in Justin, TX prior to joining the staff at ESC Region 11.

She and her husband live in the DFW metroplex with their two dogs.
