Hailee Fojtasek was named Sr. Director of Communications and Marketing at ESC Region 11 in January 2024. Mrs. Fojtasek received her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of North Texas and her master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Texas. She also received her Certified Public Communicator designation from Texas Christian University. Hailee is currently pursuing her doctorate in educational Leadership from Abilene Christian University.

With more than 10 years of experience in communications and marketing, her background includes roles in education, having served in the communications and marketing department for Northwest Independent School District in Justin, TX prior to joining the staff at ESC Region 11. Her unique background allows her to work with both internal staff and external school communications professionals to provide customized services. 

She and her husband, Garrett, live in Aledo with their two dogs, Gunner and Tucker.
