ESC Region 11’s REACH Promotive and Protective Project is designed to provide training and technical assistance to school districts on the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act along with the proper identification and support of students and families experiencing homelessness.

The REACH Project facilitates collaboration between schools and community agencies to ensure that students identified as homeless receive necessary services.
