• Strategic Plan

    ESC Region 11 Building Front

At ESC Region 11, our mission is to support stakeholders in preparing all learners for tomorrow’s opportunities.

In 2023-24, ESC Region 11 strategic planning and performance management began a new two-year strategic plan focused on six organizational priorities. Our priorities are based upon the needs of our service center region and are aligned with the Texas Education Agency's (TEA) strategic priorities

In addition to the six priorities, organizational goals have also been developed to determine the biggest challenges the Education Service Center and our region are facing.
