MISSION
ESC Region XI Shall:
- Assist Region XI school districts in improving student performance.
- Enable school districts to operate more efficiently and economically.
- Implement initiatives assigned by the Legislature or the Commissioner.
BELIEFS
ESC RegionXI believes that, in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders:
- Quality must be a prime factor in all services delivered by ESC Region XI.
- All operations of ESC Region XI must be client centered. All ESC Region XI services will be designed to meet the needs of the diverse populations served.
- ESC Region XI must support and promote innovative instruction leadership.
- ESC Region XI supports continuous growth and improved performance of all personnel, programs, and services that impact student learning.
- ESC Region XI must be the leading source for educational knowledge, research, and effective practices.
- The success of the organization rests in the power of the ESC Region XI team to function as a whole toward common goals while acknowledging the contributions of the parts.
- The return on the investment of resources must be in the best interest of the districts and campuses served as well as that of the ESC.
VISION
The vision of ESC Region XI is to ensure that every student is a successful, lifelong learner and a productive member of society by providing world-class leadership, products, and services to the regions districts and campuses.
SERVICE CENTER GOALS
ESC Region XI will:
- Practice quality, centerwide planning, communication, and collaboration to improve the ESCs efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide quality programs and services through a variety of technologies and delivery sites.
- Assist in improving student/campus/district performance in all accountability systems.
- Practice effective and efficient communication and collaboration between ESC Region XI and districts/campuses.
- Increase partnerships with external organizations to secure resources that support quality, cost-effective programs and services.
- Maximize accessibility to ESC Region XI services for all districts/campuses in the region.
