Impact Coaching offers participants an opportunity to learn and practice coaching skills based on cognitive coaching, instructional coaching, and action-coaching research. This two-day training will benefit everyone who is responsible for coaching others in an educational setting. Impact Coaching was developed to provide support to new and experienced T-TESS and T-PESS evaluators but has proven very popular and effective for instructional coaches and support specialists as well.
