    The RETN help desk is available to assist member districts with technical issues, testing equipment, scheduling, and answering video conferencing questions.

    If any after-hour video conferences are scheduled, a technician will be available at the help desk or via cell phone.

    Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
    Fridays 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

    June-August Hours
    Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
    Fridays 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
