    The RETN help desk is available to assist member districts with technical issues, testing equipment, scheduling, and answering video conferencing questions. If any after-hour video conferences are scheduled, a technician will be available at the help desk or via cell phone.

    September-May Hours
    Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
    Fridays 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

    June-August Hours
    Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
    Fridays 8:00 a.m. - Noon
