With the evolving situation with COVID-19 and the resulting barrage of emails that are filling our in boxes, the ESC Region 11 Business Center staff continues to seek the best ways to provide information to you that is relevant to school business. So, we are launching a weekly Zoom meeting to discuss items that we normally would send out via email or address in our roundtable sessions.
During these meetings, we will be going over information released by TEA, updates to school finance, and child nutrition impacts, and we will be answering your questions that are submitted in advance. Please forward any questions or items that you would like us to discuss by the end of day each Friday to email@example.com.
Our sessions will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 7th. We will send out the Zoom meeting link, along with the agenda, via email. Please feel free to forward the information to personnel at your school who would benefit from the information being discussed. These sessions will be recorded and placed on our website, much like our weekly emails have been in the past.
The ESC Region 11 Business Center team looks forward to bringing this new format for engagement to you. If you have any other questions, please send them directly to Spencer Davis, Team Lead for Business Services, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
