Recipes by ESC Region 11
Each recipe in our database includes nutrient information and USDA meal pattern contributions. Nutrikids Nutrition Analysis software was used to determine nutrition information, and USDA meal pattern contributions were determined using the USDA Food Buying Guide. Recipes have been tested for standardization, but differences in equipment, environment, and measuring skills can impact recipe outcome and yield. The nutrition analysis and meal contributions will vary based on actual products and ingredients used at your school/district.
