ASCENDER Business Support offers service and support to enable Texas school districts and charter schools to conduct daily operations in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. We provide training and support for all ASCENDER Business System applications, including Human Resources, Finance, Purchasing, Budget, Asset Management, Accounts Receivable, Security Administration, and business PEIMS. We provide the following lists of services:
Support clients via telephone, e-mail, and in-person for the ASCENDER Business Applications.

Conduct workshops and user training through webinars or live sessions at ESC Region 11.
Develop and distribute workshop training materials and software reference guides.

Connect2Texas is a network of Texas-based educational content providers that includes museums, authors, and cultural, historical, and scientific organizations.
These providers utilize interactive videoconferencing to deliver live educational programs and professional development to school children and educators nationwide.
Digital Cafe is a non-membership Purchasing Consortium for Texas schools, providing discounted online resources. We have complied with the legal RFP process for all vendors. We strive to provide the best online resources at the best prices for all Texas K-12 schools.

FIBER11 is a large-scale, carrier-class network created by the ESC Region 11 Consortium, allowing member districts to access high-speed, high-bandwidth connectivity services over a brand new, dedicated, and cost-effective fiber network.
The Consortium consists of ESC Region 11, school districts, and public/private charter schools in our region. This collaborative effort has given us a competitive price advantage as well as E-Rate and special construction discounts from USAC and the TEA.
Through FIBER11, districts can also partner with one another in many different ways, including sharing of services, disaster recovery, and many more.

Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) is a service provided by the service center to all school districts of Region 11. Districts that contract with the PEIMS Data Quality Services (PDQS) will be provided extensive assistance in addition to basic services.
ESC Region 11 TxTRACTS is a solution that streamlines the data import/export process with TxEIS and third-party publishers. TxTracts complements TxEIS by adding functionality that districts request from their tech and support personnel. A single application runs on a server or computer with secure access to all hosted TxEIS databases. ESC or district personnel manage extracts, imports, and reports from the web portal.
ESC Region 11 has partnered with Finalsite to provide districts an avenue for creating the most effective and efficient community engagement platforms for disseminating information to stakeholders.
