Data Engineering & Digital Resources

The Data Engineering and Digital Resources department provides visionary leadership and strategic oversight for two integrated departments: Digital Resources (including Library Services and Distance Learning) and Data Engineering Services (including data engineering, analytics, and reporting).

This department ensures that information, learning resources, and data systems are effectively managed, accessible, secure, and aligned with the organization’s mission. We endeavor to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and promote data-informed decision-making for internal and external clients.

• Design, maintain, and improve data systems and pipelines for education data.
• Integrate information across student, finance, assessment, and accountability systems.
• Ensure accuracy, security, and compliance with state and federal reporting requirements.
• Support districts with data quality monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Provide reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics to inform instructional and operational decisions.
