Leadership and Instructional Foundations for Texas (LIFT)
Imagine a school district where everyone, from educators to administrators, is moving in sync toward instructional excellence. Leadership and Instructional Foundations for Texas (LIFT) and support from ESC Region 11 turns that vision into action.
LIFT, funded through the TEA LASO 4 grant, blends high-quality instructional materials (HQIM) implementation and instructional support together to create effective and sustainable learning environments for all students.
The program begins with a needs assessment to identify each school system’s priorities. Over the course of three years, LIFT provides customized programming aligned to those unique needs.
