State Performance Plan Technical Assistance
State Performance Plan Indicators (SPPI) are measurements that evaluate a state's efforts to implement the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). The state performance plan (SPP) also describes how the state will improve results for students with disabilities.
The ESC Region 11 SPP page is dedicated to current information, instructions, and guidance related to State Performance Plan Indicators 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, and 14. SPP submissions may be required even if you have no students to report.
