Special Education Evaluation
ESC Region 11 Special Education Evaluation Staff provide collaborative opportunities for evaluation personnel to network, to review current topics, to share promising practices, to make connections to community resources, and to share information with colleagues.
Professional Learning Opportunities
Our department offers a variety of diagnostician and LSSP training opportunities for special education staff.
New Diagnostician Collaborative Sessions
The New Diagnostician Collaborative is a program designed to support educational diagnosticians in their first three years in the field. Whether you're new to assessment, report writing, or leading ARD meetings, our goal is to provide the tools, guidance, and community you need to thrive.
Through a blend of in-person and virtual sessions, you'll deepen your understanding of assessment practices, disability identification, and ARD management. You’ll also have opportunities to connect with peers and experienced professionals who can offer real-time support, mentoring, and shared resources.
This is not a certification program but a supportive network focused on your success as a new diagnostician.
