The Planning and Implementation (P&I) Department partners with school districts and charter schools to support the successful planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of instructional initiatives across the region.

Our department serves as the central hub for the Bluebonnet Learning curriculum and professional learning ecosystem, while also providing dedicated, expert administration for the LIFT (Leadership and Instructional Foundations for Texas) Grant. By blending high-quality instructional materials (HQIM) with strategic coaching, we help districts create effective, sustainable learning environments for all students.
