GoTeach11
GoTeach11, formerly known as Teacher Preparation Program (TPP), is a state-accredited alternative certification program that provides an opportunity for highly qualified individuals with at least a bachelor's degree to gain Texas teacher certification.
Established in 1990 as one of the first alternative certification programs in the area, our certified training specialists are committed to providing a strong support system with timely technical assistance and ongoing feedback while accommodating the needs of working professionals and individuals with busy schedules.

To be eligible for a $1,000 scholarship through Teach DFW, it is essential to register with them before submitting your GoTeach11 application. Sign up and submit your scholarship application (application window: April 9, 2025 - August 31, 2025). The scholarship recipient will be announced in September.
What sets us apart?
GoTeach11 provides individualized guidance and coaching by assigning applicants to a specialist through all phases of the certification program as they work through coursework, testing, and the internship.
In addition to an assigned specialist, we also offer the following:
- Representative support to answer any questions regarding the program;
- TExES exam support with access to 240 tutoring hours and monthly practice test administration;
- Boast a 95% candidate passing rate on TExES certification exams;
- Have great rapport with Region 11 schools and obtain outstanding feedback from campus administrators and teacher candidates.
