The REACH Project facilitates collaboration between schools and community agencies to ensure that students identified as homeless receive necessary services. Our mission is to compassionately support families and students through district and community partnerships.

The ESC Region 11 REACH Project Team is committed to supporting the education, mental health, and college, career, and military readiness of students experiencing homelessness through partnerships, connections, wrap-around services, compassion, and professional development.

ESC Region 11’s REACH Promotive and Protective Project is designed to provide training and technical assistance to school districts on the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act along with the proper identification and support of students and families experiencing homelessness.
