ESC Region 11 serves as one of twenty Education Service Centers across Texas, providing services and expertise designed to support public education. Our team works alongside districts and charters to provide practical solutions, guidance, and professional learning that meet the real needs of schools.

Instruction remains at the heart of our work. Region 11 specialists collaborate with educators to support initiatives that strengthen teaching and learning across the region. Programs such as Texas Reading Academies, Leadership and Instructional Foundations for Texas (LIFT), and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) help districts build strong instructional systems and improve student outcomes.

Through professional learning, coaching, and implementation support, our teams work side by side with educators to bring research-based practices into classrooms and help teachers and leaders build the skills needed to support all learners.
