The Communications and Marketing Division works collaboratively to promote ESC Region 11 programs and services while keeping internal and external audiences informed. Our work also helps strengthen relationships with the schools and communities we serve.

Communications and Marketing services include marketing and communications, graphic design, video services, website and social media management, event planning and coordination, registration support, and stakeholder services. Using a variety of communication channels, our team promotes professional learning and other offerings while supporting organizational initiatives across the region.

The division also supports the customer experience through front office and registration services. Our staff assists with event registration and participant accounts while helping individuals find the ESC Region 11 information they need. The team also supports OnTrac registration, contract, and service processes, working across departments to create an efficient and consistent experience for ESC staff and external stakeholders.

We serve as a primary point of contact for the media and members of the public seeking information about ESC Region 11. We also help school districts, charter schools, private schools, and other education partners connect with the appropriate programs and resources.
