Purchasing
The primary role of the Education Service Center Region 11 Purchasing department is to provide methods for internal customers to procure products and services in compliance with State of Texas procurement laws for government entities.
Additionally, ESC Region 11 offers purchasing support to the school districts within our service area.
ESC Region 11 Bidding System
ESC Region 11 uses the Ion Wave web-based eBid system.
We welcome suppliers wishing to do business with ESC Region 11 to visit and register on our eBidding system.
While registering on our system does not automatically grant you awarded vendor status, it does give suppliers the opportunity to receive notifications about bid opportunities that align with their products and services. View current bid opportunities.
