The goals of the ESC Region 11 Child Nutrition Programs are to provide information, support, and assistance that promotes continuous improvements of Child Nutrition Programs wherever they may be—childcare centers, school districts, charter schools, adult daycares, or residential childcare institutions.

Our services are intended to reflect the most current nutrition knowledge available and encourage a healthy lifestyle and readiness to learn by today’s children—tomorrow’s adults.

Mark your calendars for the 2026 Child Nutrition Summer Conference: Destination School Meals, on June 2-4 at ESC Region 11.

The annual conference, hosted by ESC Region 11 Child Nutrition, is an opportunity for school nutrition personnel to enhance their skills, earn continuing education hours, and network with peers.

A wide range of specialized sessions tailored for personnel in the field of child nutrition will be featured over the course of the three-day event including:

  • Administrative and Procurement Review Processes
  • School Nutrition Front Line Specialist Courses 1.0 & 2.0
  • Financial Management for CACFP & SFSP Programs
  • Procurement and Inventory Management
  • Menu Planning, Food Production Records, and Meal Patterns
