Our Divisions

The Business and Operations Division includes the Business Office, Business Services, Child Nutrition, Facilities, Purchasing and Transportation departments.

Each department provides its own level of assistance through technical support, training and/or customer service to school districts and charter schools within Region 11.

The division's ultimate goal at ESC Region 11 is to establish and maintain a system for our clients that can be followed and maintained at a high level, regardless of changes.

Our Human Resources Division is dedicated to serving the employees of ESC Region 11, as well as district and charter school personnel.

We are focused on the human capital of our organization as we strive to meet the needs of the learning community. It is vital to our organization’s success to hire and retain the best people available for the positions within the education service center.

ESC Region 11 Human Resources provides internal and external HR services for Region 11. Consortiums and cooperatives available to our Region 11 districts and charters include employment screening and background checks (JDP), benefits cooperative, human resource systems consortium, applicant tracking, electronic records management (PowerSchool) and absence/substitute management.

Internal personnel functions we provide for ESC Region 11 include legal compliance, performance management, benefits administration, new hires and terminations, workers' compensation, leave of absence and salary information fall under the Human Resources department.

The Instructional and Administrative Services (IAS) Division of ESC Region 11 provides a wealth of services and support to our districts and campuses to impact student learning.

Our departments include Administrative Services, Leadership and Support, Special Programs and Teaching and Learning.

The ESC Region 11 Technology Services Division offers a variety of hosted services and support offerings to Region 11 school districts.

The goal of our division is to provide member districts with the most relevant and useful technical services. This division, housing DS3, Information Technology, MIS and Safety and Security, provides these services at a cost-effective rate supported by a team of experienced professionals.
