How do I get on ESC Region 11’s bid list?

ESC Region 11 uses the Ion Wave web-based eBid system. You can register under Supplier Registration so that you can view and respond to ESC Region 11 bids. Vendors pay no fees for utilizing the online bidding system. When ESC Region 11 issues a bid, Ion Wave will send out an email notification to the supplier/ vendor email registered in Ion Wave based on the classification codes selected.
