The objectives were to discuss updates on recent TEA correspondence, Legislative updates, participant submitted topics and to provide participants available time for discussion on topics they would like more information on. Finance officers and business managers are strongly encouraged to be a part of these roundtable discussions that are designed to address current issues and best practice related to accounting, finance, grant application process, funding, budgets, and business processes.

With more than 25 years of experience in school business and finance, he was recently named CFO of the year by the Fort Worth Business Press. -
