Annual hearings (Preview Conferences) are scheduled at Education Service Center Region XI enabling educators to meet publishers and view materials. Publisher presentations and individual interaction between those educators and the exhibitors is encouraged at that time. Many districts use the annual hearings in lieu of having to schedule individual exhibitors within their own districts.
