Join Mary Martinasek, PhD, RRT, AE-C, CHES for a one-hour program designed to enhance the knowledge of the school nurse in the area of emerging tobacco products (such as hookah or water pipe smoking and electronic cigarettes) and concerns with their use in the younger population, prevalence of their use, potential health risks including chemicals inhaled and cardiopulmonary concerns, disease transmission, FDA regulations, and best practices for smoking cessation.
