The Academy Support Center (ASC) is responsible for providing baseline support to Cisco Academies. As an ASC, ESC Region 11 strives to meet the needs of the Cisco Academies in a variety of ways using various forms of technology.

The Instructor Training Center (ITC) is responsible for providing quality instructor training and professional development. As an ITC, the trainers at ESC Region 11 bring a wealth of experience to instructor trainees. ESC Region 11 also offers a variety of training models to fit the needs of the Cisco Academies.
