    External Audit validates ESC's quality management program 

    For the eighth consecutive year, ESC Region 11's Quality Management System earned an outstanding external audit rating, with zero non-conformities. This achievement is rare, according to the auditor, who spent several days in June visiting with employees, reviewing documents, and assessing conformity and customer satisfaction. ESC Region 11 met the ISO standards by demonstrating a quality planning process, documenting the work, and continuously improving programs, products, and services to meet internal and external customer needs. The ESC Region 11 Quality Management System is driven and implemented by every employee.

ESC Region 11 QMS - Welcome

    The Quality Management System (QMS) of Education Service Center Region 11 (ESC Region 11) is in conformance with standards set by ISO 9001:2008. Conformance to ISO indicates that ESC programs and services meet the quality management standards of the International Organization of Standards which is recognized in more than 100 countries throughout the world. 
    The QMS of ESC Region 11 addresses crucial areas of operation, including customer needs assessment, program design, development and delivery, data analysis, and customer satisfaction assessment.
    The QMS ensures that the policies, practices, and procedures of ESC Region 11 result in consistent quality of services and work products provided to our customers. The ISO Audit Process supports internal and external customers by:
    • providing transparency of processes and procedures
    • documenting communication
    • recording products and services
    • focusing on continuous improvement
