External Audit validates ESC's quality management program
For the eighth consecutive year, ESC Region 11's Quality Management System earned an outstanding external audit rating, with zero non-conformities. This achievement is rare, according to the auditor, who spent several days in June visiting with employees, reviewing documents, and assessing conformity and customer satisfaction. ESC Region 11 met the ISO standards by demonstrating a quality planning process, documenting the work, and continuously improving programs, products, and services to meet internal and external customer needs. The ESC Region 11 Quality Management System is driven and implemented by every employee.
