The Human Resources Department is dedicated to serving the employees of ESC Region XI as well as hiring quality candidates for our open positions. It is vital to our organization’s success to hire and retain the best people available for the positions within the service center.
All open positions are posted on our Web site, on TASAnet.org, and printed copies are placed on the job boards located within the service center. ESC Region XI is participating in an application consortium which utilizes a system that allows you to submit your application to all participating districts at once. A list of participating districts is located within the online application. Districts not participating in the consortium are also accessible from our Web site.
Applicants that apply for positions open at ESC Region XI will be reviewed and forwarded to the appropriate departments. If you are selected for a personal interview, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail. All positions will remain posted until filled. Resumes are kept on file for two years.
The Human Resources Department serves the employees of the service center and handles evaluations, job descriptions, new hires and terminations, resumes/applicant tracking, workers compensation, leaves of absence, salary information, and emergency response plans. All personnel functions fall under the department and any questions should be directed to Jackie Brown.
