The mission of The Business Center is to improve the financial management and business practices of public schools in Texas.

The ESC Region 11 Business Center meets the growing business demands of school districts and charter schools by clustering them into an efficient processing model built on a timely, accurate, and professional manner to serve and achieve their business needs. The Business Center also leads periodic CFO and Business Manager roundtable discussions in order to stay on top of current issues and facilitates professional development training in the area of business services.

The Basic Service Package consists of both Full Charge Bookkeeping and Payroll Services that include some of the functions below. (Other services are available for an additional charge)
